My mission is to train my clients until they can workout on their own. The goal of Samsbodyshop training is to increase bone density, muscle mass, fat loss, and cardiovascular health. By incorporating different training methods, training sessions target different varieties of muscle fibers and cardio based on intensity of the workout.
